I have built my reputation on developing business, people and organisations, through a focus on commerciality, trust and a human approach. I have strategically led multinational business with great business success but always with a healthy people culture and respect for the people in the organisation.
I am approachable and can be relied upon for advice and guidance. I bring a 'can do' approach to any organisation alongside a significant experience in retail development and transformation. I have formal skills and certifications in coaching, development models and business management.
I challenge teams and individuals to reflect and grow and believe in the importance of encouraging fun in the workplace.
